Juliana Sala

Juliana Sala is a Principal at Stanton Chase São Paulo, where she works as an executive search consultant and leadership advisor. She has a strong track record in senior-level recruitment in the Consumer Products and Services sector and in Education.

She brings deep expertise in the Brazilian consumer market, advising both local and multinational clients on strategic leadership appointments. In addition to her work across Brazil and Latin America, Juliana has contributed to international assignments, particularly those requiring a nuanced emerging-markets perspective.

Throughout her career, she has led numerous C-level and senior executive searches, including CEO, President, and General Manager roles, with particular strength in Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales. Originally trained as an attorney, Juliana began her career at a Big Four firm before transitioning into executive search. She has since built her career within leading global firms, working extensively with clients in the Consumer Products and Retail sectors. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she spent several years at another leading international executive search firm.

Juliana holds a Law degree from PUC-Campinas and has completed specialization studies in Human Resources. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a good command of Spanish. Outside of work, she is passionate about running and participates in races around the world.
