Rosemary Gantz is a Director with Stanton Chase and a trusted advisor to nonprofit boards, CEOs, and leadership teams navigating critical leadership transitions and organizational change.

Throughout her career, Rosemary has been drawn to one central question: What problem are we trying to solve? That philosophy shapes her work with organizations seeking leaders who can fuel the mission, advance strategy, and create lasting impact. She believes successful searches are about more than filling positions—they are about helping organizations make decisions they will be proud of years later.

Rosemary brings more than three decades of experience in leadership, executive talent, and organizational consulting. Prior to executive search, she served as an officer in the United States Navy and held recruiting leadership roles supporting three Fortune 50 organizations. These experiences developed her expertise in assessing talent, process management, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Today, Rosemary leads executive searches for nonprofit, association, and other mission‑driven organizations within the Social Impact Practice. Clients value her ability to quickly synthesize complex information, build trust among diverse stakeholders, and guide organizations through important decisions with clarity and confidence.

She holds graduate degrees in Human Resource Development and Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Rosemary has completed advanced executive search studies through Cornell University and is certified in the RightPath, Culture Insights and Hogan Assessments as well as executive onboarding methodologies. Known for her strategic insight, thoughtful counsel, and collaborative style, Rosemary helps organizations strengthen leadership, advance their mission, and navigate change with confidence.
