Shruthi Venugopala is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Stanton Chase Bangalore and Hyderabad, where she leads partnership strategy for both offices to drive business growth, enhance client value, and expand market presence. She develops and manages high-impact collaborations with global clients, industry leaders, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners—ensuring seamless integration of partnerships into search mandates and leadership advisory engagements. Her role includes identifying new opportunities, strengthening long-term alliances, and delivering insights on market and competitive trends that shape Stanton Chase’s growth trajectory.

With over 16 years of experience in business development, client engagement, and strategic alliances, Shruthi has worked extensively with Indian and multinational organizations, specializing in C-suite relationship management and enterprise-level consulting. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she led revenue strategy and partnership development at IMA, overseeing event sponsorships, CXO engagements, collaborative studies, and thought-leadership initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Her expertise also spans market research, project management, account management, and crafting joint market-entry strategies that unlock new business opportunities.

Shruthi holds an MBA in Human Resources and International Business from the Mount Carmel Institute of Management. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations with her family and friends.
