Chaunté Lewis

Chaunté Lewis is an Associate at Stanton Chase Miami. She leverages her background in engineering and analytical problem-solving to partner with Managing Directors on executive search engagements, company and industry analysis, and management consulting and advisory projects.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Chaunté gained experience in engineering research, biomedical design, and project management. She has a strong foundation in developing testing protocols, optimizing equipment integration, and conducting root cause analysis across clinical, technological, and corporate environments.

Chaunté holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. Alongside her technical background, she has practical experience in graphic design and visual branding, having managed creative workflows and publication layouts for university science and research journals. Outside of work, she is an avid reader of fiction novels, stays active through Pilates, and enjoys caring for her two cats.
